BONELESS HAM This ham is a dry cured, full muscle ham with a light cure flavor, enhanced by our own smoking process, very lean and tender. These hams average around 10 pounds.
If you don’t like ham, you will
love this one! OLD FASHIONED BONE IN HAM The same fine flavor and texture of the boneless ham, but it has the flavor and flair of an old fashioned bone in ham. These hams average 18 pounds.
These will be going fast, don’t
delay! SMOKED TURKEYS Slow smoked, but tender and moist. The light hickory flavor will make every bite a delight!

to 12 lbs. * KIM’S HICKORY SMOKED RIBS We use the heart of the rib, the St. Louis cut, sprinkled with our own secret blend of spices and slowly hickory smoked to perfection.
$15.00 per slab EYE OF ROUND A wonderful piece of meat, approximately 3 inches in diameter and about a foot long, we smoke this cut for 8 hours for a tender and flavorful treat great for ore’d ovres, sandwiches or a meal.
